What is The Fridge?

The Fridge is the social home for NFTs. Your wallet is your account, your collection is your shelf, and the OTC (Over-The-Counter) marketplace lives inside your friends list.

How do I sign up?

Visit the sign-in pageand sign in with your wallet — or use a passkey and we'll generate one for you. No email or password required.

How do I claim my username?

Go to /me/edit and fill in the Username field. 3–15 characters, letters/numbers/underscores. The @handle is permanent once claimed.

OTC marketplace

How buying, listing, and counter-offers work.

What’s the difference between Buy and Make Offer?

Buy = pay the listed price in ETH and the NFT transfers atomically. Make Offer = propose a different price in WETH (Wrapped ETH); the seller can accept, decline, or counter.

Why does my offer need WETH?

Offers are signed in advance and live off-chain until accepted. ETH can't be locked away for off-chain orders the same way; WETH (a 1:1 token wrapper) can. Buy Now uses raw ETH because the trade is one-shot.

What does the verified check mean?

A verified collection has been confirmed by The Fridge as the legitimate contract for that project. Never trade unverified clones — the checkmark is a real safety signal, not decoration.

How do I watch an NFT?

Tap the binoculars on any token. Manage everything you're watching atyour alerts dashboard — set price targets, toggle sale alerts, see floor changes.

What’s a Neighbor subscription?

$2/week, billed weekly, cancel anytime. Unlocks all Fridge+ perks (advanced shelves, ENS display, Premium themes) without needing the NFT.

Can I display my .eth name?

Yes — Regular+ NFT holders and Neighbor subscribers can flip Settings → Identity to display as their primary ENS instead of @handle. SeeSettings for the toggle.

What’s a Magnet?

Magnets are achievement badges you earn for milestones — follower counts, Yums, special events. They display on your profile dock and stay forever.

How do I manage my magnets?

/me/magnets is the dedicated editor — show/hide any magnet, pin your full bag (Regular+), and see catalog progress.

How do I see all milestones?

Bag o' Magnets has the full tree — every threshold and its reward.

Social features

Notes, following, communities, messages.

What’s a Note?

Notes are short posts attached to your profile or a specific NFT. They appear in your followers' Home Feed and in the Activity Ledger.

What’s the difference between Home Feed and Activity Ledger?

Home Feed = what people say (notes, renotes, follows). Activity Ledger = what people do (Yummed, Yucked, added to watchlist, unlocked magnets). Both live on /home.

Can I see who’s following me?

Visit your profile → tap Followers count, or go to /@yourhandle/followers.

Notifications & alerts

Push, browser permissions, and per-event toggles.

Why aren’t I getting notifications?

Three things must all be true: (1) your browser allows notifications, (2) this device is subscribed, and (3) the per-event toggle is on. CheckSettings — the banner at top shows your current state.

How do I stop notifications on a specific device?

/settings/account → Devices section. Lists every browser/device subscribed and lets you revoke per-device.

Account & security

Email, wallets, data export, deletion.

How do I add another wallet?

/settings/account → Wallets section. Link wallets through Privy; switch your primary anytime.

How do I export my data?

/settings/account → Data export. Downloads a JSON blob with your profile, notes, reactions, follows, watchlist, and notifications.

How do I delete my account?

/settings/account → Danger zone. Type-to-confirm, irreversible. NFTs stay in your wallet — only the Fridge account goes away.
